The view from the front porch
overlooks part of the State land that once housed
one of the original trail camps along the Shore to
shore trail. The camp is no longer there, however,
many trails still are. In fact you can reach the
Shore to Shore trail by riding out from Lost Creek
Sky Ranch. |

One of the
best kept secrets in Michigan's sport aviation community is quickly
becoming common knowledge. Located on Forest Service property,
adjoining Lost Creek Sky Ranch, The airport, built over 50 years ago and claims the title
"Most Scenic Airport in Michigan", has two grass runways of over
2000 feet each. The airport is licensed by the Michigan Department of
Transportation.
